Children at Weddings: Some of favourite shots.
Some of the greatest wedding photos involve children. Rarely camera shy or distracted by a photographer their energy and enthusiasm always leap out from the picture. Below are some of my favourite children photographys from last year's wedding season.

Nottingham Wedding very sneaky peek
It was a cold day in Nottingham earlier this month when I shot the wedding of Rich and Ruth. Its very early days in the editing process at the moment, but I though I'd share one of the beautiful wedding photos shot in Highfields Park just as the sun was starting to set. Snow was still on the ground but love was in the air. The wedding picture really captures the happy couple bathed in golden light.

2011 Season: My Favourite Wedding Dress Shots
With the new wedding season underway, I thought it would be fun to take a look back at some of my favourite wedding dresses and wedding dress photos.
Photoamor features on Boho Weddings and Events website
A recent wedding in Nottingham has been featured on the Boho Wedding Blog. It's a great article with content written by the bride and gives a fantastic insight into preparing a more community and arts based wedding. Take a look and also have a look at the Boho site as a whole. It's owner Kelly Hood is certainly in the know when it comes to organising such stylish and quirky weddings.
James and Leanne, Wedding in Nottingham
I had the pleasure recently photographing the wedding of James and Leanne in Nottingham. It was a fantastic wedding. The reception venue at Attenborough Village Hall was hand decorated and set up by family and friends. We had great weather and grabbed some great wedding photos on location in Highfields Park. I'd like to share a few of my favourite photos with you.
Wedding Photos: The Sky's The Limit
I once read that you should never include the sky in wedding photos. I disagree and while bright blue skys can be too glossy and postcardy in feel, making the sky a feature of your location can have dramatic and emotive results.

Let there be light. A church wedding not in the dark!
One thing a wedding photographer can usually be assured of is NO flash or artificial light during a wedding ceremony. Churches are inherently though dark beings. The older and more connected with history they are the murkier the interior tends to be. This is thanks to stone walls, narrow windows and the unforgiving English weather. So it is always a delight to come across a church that glows with light from the moment you enter. One such church is, Our Lady of Perpetual Succour in Bulwell, Nottingham.
